What information we collect

When you fill out the application form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number or LINE ID, city/country, how you heard about the course, and your message to us. If you proceed to payment, payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

How we use your information

• To review your application and contact you about the workshop
• To send you confirmation, scheduling, and preparation details if you are selected
• To respond to questions you send us via LINE or email

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who has access

Applications are sent via EmailJS to the workshop organiser's inbox. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.

How long we keep your information

We keep application data for as long as needed to run the workshop and respond to your enquiry, and delete it afterwards unless you ask us to keep it for future editions.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by messaging us on LINE or by email.
