What information we collect

When you fill out the form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city and country, how you heard about the course, and your message to us. If you proceed to payment, payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

How we use your information

• To answer your question and contact you about the workshop
• To send you confirmation, scheduling, and preparation details once you have booked
• To respond to questions you send us via WhatsApp or email

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who has access

Messages sent through the form are delivered via EmailJS to the workshop organiser's inbox. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.

How long we keep your information

We keep your data for as long as needed to run the workshop and answer your enquiry, and delete it afterwards unless you ask us to keep it for future editions.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and you can object to our use of it. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within one month.
